For Friday, October 18 on General Hospital, spoilers tease that Ned comforts Brook Lynn. Is she still worried that she’s not doing right by Violet? Or does this have to do with something else? As for the young girl herself, something has gotten Violet’s attention. “Tell me everything,” she says, excited to hear all the tea.
Laura and Tracy run into each other at General Hospital and discuss the past and at some point, Tracy makes an offer to the other woman who was involved with the love of her life. “That’s very generous of you, Tracy,” says Laura. “I know it is,” demurs Tracy.
Teasers say that Elizabeth updates Lucky. “You’re not really the reason I’m here,” she tells her ex. Does she also tell him that it looks like there is a viable donor for his sister?

Trauma surgeon Lucas has a meet-up with former transplant surgeon Isaiah. Lucas must tell him something dicey — does this have anything to do with the equipment that stopped working for Lulu? “You should be talking to the police,” Isaiah tells him. Will Lucas do just that?
Sasha is furious and she tells someone, “I’m not going to let her get away with it.” Could she be paying her supposed father, Robert Scorpio, a visit? Meanwhile, Felicia encourages Holly with a brutal statement. “If you want that, you need to be honest with us.”
Tensions flare between Molly and Kristina as the trial against Ava inches ever closer but poor Sam seems to be caught in the middle.
